Teleboy

Teleboy is a Swiss provider of Internet, TV, and Mobile services. The services are aimed at households looking for a complete communication package without expensive major providers. Teleboy is especially known for its low prices and easily accessible customer service.

Teleboy operates its internet connections over the Swisscom network, one of the most developed broadband networks in Switzerland. This means that customers benefit from a stable and widespread connection without needing to be a direct customer of Swisscom. Fiber and DSL connections are available in large parts of Switzerland.

As a home router, Teleboy relies on the FritzBox, a device known in Switzerland and Germany for its reliability and easy configuration. The FritzBox is provided free of charge and supports WLAN, home network management, as well as an optional landline phone via VoIP.

The Teleboy TV subscription includes over 300 channels and can be used independently of the Internet provider, as it is an Over-the-Top offering. Features include Replay (up to 7 days retroactively), a large cloud storage for recordings, and the ability to watch on multiple devices simultaneously. A separate TV box device is not strictly necessary, as the Teleboy app runs on Smart TVs, smartphones, tablets, and in the browser.

In addition to internet and TV, Teleboy also offers mobile subscriptions. These are also provided through the Sunrise network and are aimed at users who are looking for a fair price-performance ratio without unnecessary extras. Those who combine internet and mobile benefit from additional discounts.

Teleboy allows you to combine Internet, TV, and Mobile in one package. Those who book multiple services at the same time pay less than with individual bookings. This bundling makes Teleboy particularly attractive for households looking to consolidate their telecommunications costs.

Through the Teleboy customer portal, subscriptions, upgrades, address changes, and other settings can be managed independently. Changes can be made in just a few clicks, without the need to call customer service. The portal is accessible both on desktop and via the app.
