Three Plans: Switzerland, Switzerland+EU Data, Full Europe
GoMo offers three postpaid plans: GoMo 12.95 with unlimited internet in Switzerland (100 GB high speed), GoMo+ with unlimited high-speed internet and 5 GB EU roaming, and GoMo Europe with additionally unlimited internet in 30 European countries. All plans include unlimited calls and SMS in Switzerland, 5G, and eSIM.
Fully Digital Provider without Hotline
GoMo is a purely online provider without stores or phone support. Customer service is only reachable via chat on the GoMo website, Monday to Friday from 9 to 18. Outside these hours, a virtual assistant is available. The cancellation notice period is 60 days.
