Swisscom Swisscom is cooperating with the Centre for Dependable Computing (CDT) and the Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH) for highly automated driving tests. A dedicated mobile network installation with 4G and 5G has been set up at the test site.

Sunrise In late April 2026 the Zurich District Court declared two clauses in Sunrise's terms and conditions unlawful. Inflation-based price increases without an extraordinary right of termination breach the Unfair Competition Act. Sunrise must also accept written cancellations again and may not restrict them to phone or chat. The ruling has signal effect for Swisscom and Salt, which use similar clauses. It is not yet legally binding, as Sunrise is appealing to the cantonal high court.
Quickline Technical Services Glarus Nord has joined the Quickline network and will provide Quickline Internet, TV, fixed-line and mobile services from June 2026 on their fibre-optic network.

Prepaid, additional services and instalment payments are not affected. Yallo belongs to the Sunrise group and uses the Sunrise network. Affected customers will be informed in writing from 1 June 2026.

Affected customers will be informed in writing from June 2026 and have an extraordinary right of termination as of 31 July 2026.
